Why we started idi
- idi was founded by operators who spent years watching capable agents turn away good trucking accounts — not because the risk was bad, but because servicing a three-truck fleet cost more than the commission it paid.
- We rebuilt the process from the payment up. Instead of arranging financing before coverage, we made payment and binding the same event. Instead of a backroom, we wrote software.
- The result is a wholesale brokerage where an independent agency in a town of nine thousand people has the same program access, speed and economics as a national brokerage.
